My Footprint
It all started with my annual physical. A few days after getting lab work, I received a call from my PCP saying that my blood sugar was too high. So he wanted to start me on diabetes meds right away. I said “Wait, hold on! Why aren’t we talking about my diet and suggestions on getting myself healthy again.” There was “dead air” on the other side of that phone call. At that point I fully realized that if I wanted to get myself healthy I had to do it myself. So after extensive research, trial, and much error, I started to lose the weight. 3 months in and I was 40 lbs down and feeling great. I realized that this was not just another diet, Low-Carb or Keto is a lifestyle change and I wanted share what I have learned with others. So here we are. Enjoy! – Jeff
